1 Email distribution criteria
（ 1 ） Heat stroke alert at 5 am on the day （ When any of 14 observation points in Chiba prefecture has a heat index of 33 or higher ）, this information will be distributed at 10 am on the day （ including weekends and holidays .
（ 2 ） Special heat stroke alert at 2pm on the previous day （ When all 14 observation points in Chiba prefecture have a heat index of 35 or higher ）, the alert will be sent at 10am on the day （ including weekends and holidays ）.

2 Heat index is an index focusing on
heat exchange between the human body and the outside air （ heat balance ） and incorporates humidity, solar radiation ・ surrounding thermal environment such as radiation, and temperature, which have a significant impact on the heat balance of the human body.
